Dear Prospective Family,

On behalf of our faculty, staff, and parent/guardian community, it is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the admission process at San Francisco Day School. We are delighted that you are considering our program for your family.

While we acknowledge that this is not the admission season that any of us expected, we are committed to providing an engaging series of events at SF Day!

We understand that you are beginning a journey that will consume a lot of time over the next several months. We are here to make the process as informative as possible for your family, so that at the end of your search, you will have a deeper understanding of what is important to you, your child(ren), and your family as a whole.

Depending on attrition each year, we can accept several students in grades 1 through 8. Kindergarten is our main entry point. We do not expand in sixth grade but welcome your inquiry about available spaces in our first through eighth grade classrooms.

We invite you to reach out to ask us questions as you navigate our admission process. We want you to conclude this process having had the opportunity to see, reflect upon, and wonder about how SF Day may fit with your child and family. The school staff, parent/guardian ambassadors, and our admission team are here to help in any way we can.

We are looking forward to getting to know your family this season!
